BUILDING CERTIFICATION SERVICES

Construction Certificates - a building approval that is obtained after gaining development consent (DA) from the local Council.

Complying Development Certificates –  These are a combined development application and building approvals for projects that meet certain predetermined criteria.

Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) – Once you have obtained a Construction Certificate or Complying Development Certificate you need to appoint a PCA who will inspect the construction works at critical stages.

Occupation Certificates – These are issued by the PCA at the completion of a project to allow you to legally occupy the building/s.  

BUSHFIRE SERVICES

Bushfire Assessments And Reports – We can provide detailed bushfire assessment reports to accompany your development application. Our reports meet the criteria set out in the Rural Fire Service document "Planning for Bushfire Protection 2006". If your property is mapped as being bushfire prone by the local council you will probably need a bushfire report to submit with your development application.

Dilapidation Inspections – We can carry out dilapidation inspections on your property prior to construction commencing on adjoining sites to ensure a full record of the state of your building/s is available in the event of damaged.
